Welcome to SatoshiJobs.org (“Site,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Site and related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Description of Service

SatoshiJobs.org is a hiring platform for the Bitcoin and cryptocurrency ecosystem. We (a) host job listings posted directly by employers (“native” or “direct” listings), (b) aggregate job listings from third-party sources (e.g. other job boards) and display them with links to the original source (“aggregated” or “discovered” listings), and (c) offer subscription plans (Free and Premium) for employers. Job seekers may browse and apply to jobs; for aggregated listings, application typically occurs on the third-party source site. We may accept donations to support the platform. We do not guarantee employment, accuracy of any listing, or availability of the Service.

2. Aggregated / Third-Party Job Listings

We may crawl, aggregate, or otherwise display job listings that originate from third-party websites. For such listings:

  • We provide links or attribution to the original source where users can view full details and apply.
  • We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or content of third-party listings or sites.
  • Use of aggregated listings and any application or interaction with third-party sites is at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions (Employers)

We offer Free and Premium subscription plans. Payment for Premium is processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe). By subscribing, you agree to the applicable plan terms, billing cycle, and any price changes communicated in advance. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except as required by law or as we may specify. You may cancel in accordance with the account or billing interface. We reserve the right to modify plans, features, and pricing with reasonable notice.

4. User Conduct

Job seekers must:

  • Provide accurate information in profiles and applications; do not submit false or misleading applications.
  • Respect employer and candidate confidentiality and applicable data protection laws.

Employers must:

  • Post truthful job listings that comply with applicable laws; do not post discriminatory or misleading offers.
  • Maintain candidate data in accordance with privacy and data protection requirements.

You may not use the Site for illegal purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to transmit malware or spam. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.

5. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, LISTINGS (INCLUDING AGGREGATED LISTINGS), AND FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LISTINGS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT. WE ARE NOT AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, AND NOTHING ON THE SITE CONSTITUTES LEGAL, TAX, OR EMPLOYMENT ADVICE. YOU USE THE SITE AND RELY ON ANY LISTING OR THIRD-PARTY LINK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SATOSHIJOBS.ORG, ITS OPERATORS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, ANY LISTING, THIRD-PARTY SITES, OR SUBSCRIPTIONS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD 100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS; IN SUCH CASES OUR LIABILITY WILL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SatoshiJobs.org and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Site, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

8. Changes; Governing Law

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The most current version will be posted on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States (and the State of Delaware, to the extent applicable), without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction therein. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
